Can we switch engagement models mid-project?

Yes. Projects evolve, and the model should follow the work. A common path is a Time & Materials discovery phase that converts into Fixed Scope once requirements settle, or into a Dedicated Team as the roadmap grows. Any switch is agreed in writing before it takes effect.

What happens when scope changes on a Fixed Scope project?

Scope changes go through a written change-request process: we assess the impact on price and timeline, you approve or decline, and nothing changes silently. The original commitment stands until you sign off on the revision.

Why don't you publish price lists?

Because honest pricing depends on scope, team shape, and timeline — a published number would either mislead you or pad our estimate. Instead, every engagement starts with a scoping conversation and a written estimate you can hold us to.
